It all starts with attracting the right person for the right job.  I've led the efforts to source over 10,000 employees annually from all over the world.  I've also worked a recruiting desk myself and lead with the understanding of how to enable a team to navigate the continuous recruiting cycles.


Once you have the right person, then the relationship must be nurtured through effective leadership and career support.

This was one of the most fun projects I've led.  We wanted to reinforce the excitement of starting a new job and instill the company culture from the start.  This was designed to ensure the right people know that they made the right choice in their career.

EMPLOYEE AND LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES

Competencies are the building blocks for success in any organization.  Setting a clear path for development accelerates the alignment of people and strategy.  Through a mix of video, courses and job aids, employees and leaders are able to have clear understanding of expectations and how they fit into the organizational community.

Evidenced Based Selection

Led team in the implementation of a certification program to prepare leaders to effectively interview.  Facilitated training and implemented techniques with my recruiting team.  Implemented technology to identify ideal skills for candidates based on current
