Implementing infrastructure that supports the organization's business goals is an incredible rush for me. I've been fortunate to be involved in several performance management initiatives.  This includes linking core competencies to business goals and individual development opportunities.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION
I had the unique opportunity to lead the design for the system as well as lead the change management and education. Â We provided educational sessions, video tutorials and individual support to successfully implement the new processes and systems to support the business needs.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT DESIGN
I did a lot of customizations for this project in response to the unique requests of the client. I also had to balance working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. This experience really made me realize how powerful it feels to bring a specific skillset to a project as a professional in my field.
