I have implemented new compensation strategy, including pay for performance in a variety of environments.  I've also had the opportunity to lead benefit package redesign to position the organization to attract and retain talent more effectively.

MERIT MATRIX

To support a transformation to a pay for performance culture, we created and shared a merit matrix.  The driving force was to provide transparency in the merit process as well as connect performance to pay.
